MasterZ × Solana Bootcamp

300 European Developers. 50 MVPs Launched on Solana Mainnet.

Activating European Web3 Builders

Between 2024 and early 2025, MasterZ, in collaboration with the Solana Foundation, launched the MasterZ × Solana Bootcamp, a high-level European initiative designed to transform technical talent into production-ready Web3 builders.

The mission was clear: move beyond theory and enable developers to build, deploy and ship real applications directly on Solana mainnet. The program combined rigorous technical training with a structured execution phase, ensuring measurable outcomes rather than symbolic participation.

16 Hours of Advanced Technical Training

The bootcamp began with 16 hours of intensive technical instruction focused on Solana’s architecture and development tooling. Admission required prior proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript, ensuring that participants entered with a solid programming foundation.

During the training phase, developers learned how to work with Solana JavaScript libraries, interact with on-chain programs, manage wallets and transactions, structure decentralized application architecture and prepare production-ready deployments. The focus was on real engineering capability inside the Solana ecosystem, not introductory blockchain theory.

One Month of Team-Based Building

Following the technical training, participants entered a one-month building phase, working in structured teams to design, prototype and deploy real products.

This execution phase represented the core of the program. Teams collaborated intensively to transform ideas into working MVPs, applying the technical frameworks learned during training. The objective was clear: ship live applications on Solana mainnet with performance, scalability and real usability in mind.

50 MVPs Deployed on Solana Mainnet

At the conclusion of the bootcamp, 50 new MVPs were successfully launched on Solana mainnet.

These projects spanned multiple strategic verticals within the Web3 ecosystem, including decentralized finance, digital identity, gaming, financial infrastructure, traditional finance integrations and asset tokenization. Each MVP reflected Solana’s strengths as a high-performance blockchain and demonstrated the ability of European developers to build production-ready decentralized applications. The results were not theoretical prototypes but live deployments contributing directly to ecosystem growth.

Formana: Redefining Secure Data Management on Solana

Among the 50 MVPs deployed on Solana mainnet, one project stood out for its technical execution and real-world applicability: Formana. Designed as a next-generation platform for creating, managing and verifying forms, Formana leverages Solana’s high throughput and low transaction costs to bring secure data management into the Web3 era. Each submission is encrypted client-side and its hash recorded onchain, ensuring tamper-proof and verifiable records, while the data itself is stored off-chain in encrypted format for optimal performance and security. By combining an intuitive form builder with blockchain-based transparency and traceability, Formana demonstrates how decentralized infrastructure can solve real problems traditionally handled by centralized platforms. The project embodies the bootcamp’s mission: moving beyond theory to deliver production-ready applications that merge usability, security and blockchain-native trust.

MasterZ Is 100% Online, Builders Are 100% Committed

MasterZ operates as a fully online hackathon platform, designed to remove geographical barriers and make high level Web3 training accessible across Europe. Every phase of the MasterZ × Solana Bootcamp, from the 16 hours of advanced technical training to the one month team based building phase, was delivered remotely, allowing 300 developers from different countries to collaborate inside a single structured ecosystem.

Yet what made the experience even more powerful was the initiative of several teams who decided to meet in person during the execution phase. While the program itself remained entirely online, some builders organized spontaneous meetups to accelerate development, align on product strategy and push their MVPs toward mainnet deployment. These moments of physical collaboration were not required, but they reflected the intensity and ambition of the participants.

The result was a hybrid energy: a scalable online infrastructure combined with the entrepreneurial drive of teams willing to go the extra mile. It proved that a 100% online model does not limit impact. On the contrary, when education is execution driven and community focused, it can activate real world collaboration and lead to tangible outcomes, including 50 MVPs successfully deployed on Solana mainnet.

From Europe to the Global Stage

The strongest projects emerging from the bootcamp were given the opportunity to apply to Colosseum, Solana’s global hackathon platform connecting top builders with mentors, ecosystem leaders and potential funding pathways.

This created a direct bridge between European technical talent and the global Solana ecosystem, positioning the bootcamp as more than a training program. It became a launchpad for international visibility and continued development.

Strengthening the Solana Ecosystem in Europe

The MasterZ × Solana Bootcamp represents a shared commitment between MasterZ and the Solana Foundation to accelerate blockchain adoption through execution-driven education.

Three hundred developers, sixteen hours of advanced technical training, one month of collaborative building and fifty deployed MVPs demonstrate a scalable model for activating Web3 talent in Europe. It is proof that when education is structured around execution and ecosystem integration, adoption becomes tangible.

Between 2024 and 2025, European developers did not simply study blockchain innovation. They built on Solana, deployed on mainnet and stepped onto the global stage.
